Brian Baker
Owner / President
Brian has been the owner of REBS since 2004. He started in 1993 as a sales person and has worked his way up the ladder until taking over the reins in 2006. Brian spends his free time coaching youth baseball and hockey for his two boys. He is also an avid golfer and a geek about his lawn.
Edward Luby
Vice President of Sales
Ed joined REBS in March of 2013 as Vice President of Sales and brings years of sales and marketing expertise from various industries. He spends his free time with his wife and family, attending his daughter's volleyball matches, or his son's cross country/track meets. Ed also enjoys running and getting in a few races throughout the year.
Jessie Pendergast
Office Manager
Jessie has been with REBS Marketing since 2010. She started out as a receptionist and moved up into her current Office Manager position in 2013. She is in charge of accounts receivable, human resources, and other various bookkeeping tasks for REBS. Jessie enjoys spending her free time reading, watching movies and spending time with her husband and their energetic dog, Scarlet.

Renee joined REBS in June of 2013 as our receptionist and her attention to detail and work ethic made her the perfect addition to our CSR team in November 2013. Renee enjoys spending time cooking with her son and visiting with family who are scattered all over Minnesota and Wisconsin. GO VIKES!

Melissa started full-time at REBS Marketing in 2007 while finishing up her degree at night. She likes to spend weekends up north at the cabin fishing, hunting, and enjoying bonfires with her husband, black lab and family. When staying home, the best Friday nights involve relaxation and a good show on Netflix.

Ash joined REBS Marketing in January 2014. Her two passions have always been art and animals. She has an array of different pets that her life revolves around; including her two dogs, a rat terrier named Toast and a Boston terrier named Scrusher Todd. In 2014, she started up an animal rescue called MN Pocket Pet Rescue that takes in and rehomes small animals.
Cassandra joined the Design team at REBS Marketing in July of 2014. She loves reading, playing for TC Frost - the community quidditch team and spending time with her two pretty calico cats Prim and Rue.
Kevin Russell
Graphic Designer
Kevin has been working as a designer with REBS since the beginning of 2015. Before that, he sadly invested all of his financial savings into horse racing and went bankrupt, so he needed to start working again. In his golden years before his money troubles, Kevin made it through art and design school in the midwest while cutting his own hair to save money for soda. Aside from his career, he now hates horse racing and loves gardens, but seems to be really bothered by eye drops. His favorite color and fish is salmon.

Larry Marsh
Shipping / Inventory Manager
Andy has been working for REBS Marketing since April of 2000, starting in production. Working his way up through the ranks, he assumed his current position in 2006. An avid hunter, most weekends in the fall are spent in the field hunting waterfowl, upland game and chasing the elusive white tail deer. He also enjoys golf, fishing and boat racing in the summer time.
Larry has worked at REBS since September of 2005. Starting as 3rd shift production supervisor, Larry worked his way up and in 2010 was promoted to Shipping/Inventory Manager. In his spare time, Larry manages and plays recreational softball, as well as enjoys playing the drums. He is a disciplined and loyal person who understands “the sky is the limit” and continues to reach for it.
Drew Higgins
Shop Foreman
Drew started working for REBS in 2004 as a machine technician. Over the years he worked his way up to manage the expanding shop operations. He spends his free time with his wife and two young boys. Drew and his family love going “up north” to their family's cabins on Cass and Big Sandy lakes. He is an avid fisherman, spending many of his weekends chasing walleyes.
Seamore, Toothpaste, Echo, Peter Parker & Veda
Resident Hermit Crabs
The five hermit crabs came to live at REBS Marketing in the summer of 2014 after being taken in by MN Pocket Pet Rescue. Believe it or not, they each have unique personalities and are quite entertaining! Seamore is our most outgoing guy and loves to explore and interact with the REBS team. Little Tootpaste is the smallest yet bravest (and fastest) of the bunch! Echo is a sassy girl who lets you know if she doesn't want to be bothered! Peter Parker lives up to his name and is an expert climber and adventurer. Last but not least, Veda is our shy girl and spends much of her time strategically napping.
